In addition, products that are sewn individually for your order are not subject to return.
Pillows, linens, blankets, mattresses, blankets, and other bedding are included in the list of non-food products of good quality, cannot be returned or exchanged!
When you receive your order, please make sure that the delivered product matches your order.
Please also note that colors in photographs may differ slightly from actual colors, depending on the quality of the photographs and your monitor settings.
If you find a defect, do not use the product and notify us immediately. In case of marriage, bed linen and textiles are subject to exchange. Exchange is possible within 14 daysfrom the date of purchase. So please check the goods in time. Products purchased in our online store are subject to exchange in such cases:
- The goods are in the condition in which they were delivered to the consumer.
- The product was not in use, its presentation is preserved, the packaging is not damaged. We strongly recommend checking bed linen before washing for defects in the fabric, after washing it is not possible to exchange.
If all conditions are met, the exchange is carried out at the expense of the store.
